Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. These terms govern your use of DigiOnGo services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DigiOnGo concerning your use of our cloud-based digital signage platform. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DigiOnGo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your business purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without written permission.
User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful content, to violate intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or other users' access to it.
Limitation of Liability
DigiOnGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DigiOnGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
